US-based ReStockIt.com, an ecommerce supplier for small-to-medium sized businesses, has been purchased by Acme Paper & Supply company.
With the new acquisition, Acme will add 30 full-time ReStockIt.com employees and additional categories to its offerings, which include office supplies, electronics and tools.
ReStockIt.com was founded in 2004 by David Redlich & Matt Kuttler, and from 2008-2011, the company nearly doubled its revenue to $25.6m.
Acme Paper & Supply, founded in Baltimore in 1946, is a distributor of disposable food service packaging, janitorial equipment and supply, restaurant equipment and supply, retail and industrial packaging, and custom-designed packaging.
