Multivac Introduced Many Packaging Concepts

Germany-based Multivac has introduced its T 700 traysealer at Anuga Foodtec, the international trade fair for food and drink technology held from 27 to 30 March 2012 in Cologne, Germany.

According to Multivac, the twin lane machine, which automatically matches its speed and travel movements to the desired output works well in all its processes. Carsoe tray denester will perform the denesting of the trays.

The company has also introduced MYLAR COOK packaging concept, which was developed by Dupont Teijin Films. The thermoformable films were specially developed for the preparation of food in the high temperature range up to 218°C.

Multivac also supplies the corresponding packaging machines for the material, which is available in Europe, Oceania and on the American continent.

Originally, MYLAR COOK was developed for the packaging of food containing protein meat and fish, the company said.
