Samet Aims to Soon Expand Its Presence in Russia with The Opening of Another Sales Branch

The Turkish function-fittings manufacturer Samet aims to soon expand its presence in Russia with the opening of another sales branch in Moscow. Samet has until now been represented in Russia through the company Samet LLC. The Moscow branch will be the third foreign business location put into operation by Samet within a year. In December, the company had commissioned a 1,000 m2 showroom in Italy via the newly established sales company Samet s.r.l. This was followed on 18 April 2013 by the opening of the 300 m2 showroom in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, of the newly formed company Samet GmbH. Samet reports that it is looking at the establishment of additional foreign branches, though analysis of the target markets will initially be carried out. Foreign expansion will be supported by the market-development programme “Turquality”, which is sponsored by the Turkish state.
