This September The Sleep Council will revisit its successful Sleeptember campaign to highlight the healthy benefits of a good night’s sleep.
The Sleep Council is urging retailers and manufacturers to get behind the campaign, and is offering an expanded retailer toolkit that is available now to download.
The kit includes the Sleeptember logo, three different poster options which can be printed any size, two banner options and an animated banner for use on websites, two infographics and a downloadable fact sheet.
Says Lisa Artis of The Sleep Council: “Sleeptember worked really well for us last year across many sectors including beds and retail to health and beauty, and it underpins our ongoing commitment to raising the importance of a good night’s sleep amongst consumers.
“While there will be the normal PR activity around the campaign, we’ll also be focussing heavily on social media – through Twitter and Facebook - with quirky infographics, competition giveaways and a new quiz on the Sleep Council website, which is averaging over 35,000 unique visitors a month.
“It really is important that we get the backing and support of the industry on this campaign, like we do for our other campaigns, to make it a success once again. We’ve tried to give retailers as many tools as possible to get on board with Sleeptember, making it another opportunity for retailers to promote, and ultimately sell, more beds!”
