RPC Containers Oakham has been selected by independent food consortium Caterforce to produce packs for its new products range for the catering industry.
RPC is producing the new 200PS 2.5l injection-molded tub in white PP for the Chefs' Selections by Caterforce range of fruit fillings and sauces.
The container is decorated at the Oakham site using in-mold labeling (IML), and the full color label matches those that are used across the range.
According to RPC, the plastic containers are available in sizes ranging from 1.8-25l and exhibit lightweight, shatterproof characteristics.
Although the food consortium has chosen a no-handle option, it can also be fitted with a plastic or metal handle easily.
Nick Redford of Caterforce said, "The RPC Oakham containers are ideal for the Chefs' Selections range, and the option to decorate using IML made everything easier."
Caterforce is a buying and marketing consortium working with seven of the UK's independent foodservice wholesalers.
