The Münchinger Group is currently building new warehouses at its sites in Ötisheim and Leutershausen. At the administration and trading location in Ötisheim, a hall with 3,500 m² of storage space is under construction in which a picking warehouse is primarily to house meranti scantlings from Indonesia and Malaysia. According to Münchinger, the new warehouse is to accommodate the trend to more ready-picked deliveries. In Ötisheim, both meranti and oak scantlings are to be picked in future. There is already a picking warehouse for the softwood scantlings manufactured by Münchinger in Leutershausen.
