Atlanta-based Sandwich brand Arby's has launched Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake across the nation.
There's pumpkin-flavored coffee, tea, chocolate, bagels, ice cream, cookies, cereal, beer, wine, vodka, yogurt, chips, granola, pasta, popcorn, cakes, creamers and much more. Consumers will find none of those at Arby's, because the national sandwich brand known for adding curls to fries and cheddar to beef has put its own mark on the trendy holiday treat by releasing the Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake.
The Arby's Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake is topped with whipped cream and features flavor notes of pumpkin spice, cheesecake and pie crust. Some may call it hopping on the pumpkin bandwagon. Others will simply call it delicious.
"We get it, we're not the first to offer a pumpkin-flavored beverage, but that doesn't mean we can't innovate around a hot food trend and deliver a unique experience for our guests," said Rob Lynch, Brand President and Chief Marketing Officer of Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. "And that's exactly what we've done with the new Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake. We're not afraid to go toe-to-toe with the myriad of pumpkin offerings already out there, because we know we have a product that sets us apart in a crowded space that guests are going to love."
While Arby's may not have started the pumpkin craze, the brand is no stranger to setting the trend when it comes to frozen beverages. The famous Jamocha Shake was born when Arby's founders blended coffee and chocolate syrup into icy perfection. The frozen coffee treat was featured on the first Arby's menu in 1964, decades before iced and frozen drinks became coffee house staples.
The Arby's Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake is available nationwide through the end of the year.
