The Surface Design Show, which will be held from February 09 to Feb 11, 2016 at The Business Design centre in London, is going introduce their new Stone Gallery to public.
Stone Gallery is a section devoted to introducing to architects and designers a wide range of natural stone surfaces for both interior and exterior use.
“Natural stone is an important material for surface design, and it is only right that next year, when there is no other similar event for the stone industry in the UK, Surface Design Show focuses on stone”, said Christopher Newton, Director of Surface Design Show. “Our aim when highlighting a specific sector is to educate our target audience. Through presentations, seminars, awards and product displays, architects and designers will enjoy this emphasis.” He added.
The introduction of stone gallery reflects the importance of rapidly growing stone market in the UK.
Moreover, the gallery will focus on natural stone from all over the world and will include composites, granite, limestones, marble, quartz, sandstone, slate and travertine for use in walling, flooring, roofing, and hard landscaping.
