ROK Drinks, a unit of the UK-based ROK Stars, has selected Singapore-based Wunderbar as its new distributor.
An exclusive distribution agreement to this effect has been signed between ROK Drinks and Wunderbar.
As per the agreed terms,Wunderbar will distribute ABK Beer across Singapore and Malaysia, effective immediately.
ROK Stars chairman Jonathan Kendrick said that the new agreement with Wunderbar will not only cover the company's range of bottled beers, but also includes its new 'Beer-in-Box' products.
"Given the ever-increasing interest in - and consumption of - both craft and heritage beers in Asia, this agreement is key to our global deployment plans for our bottled and boxed beers which, for the first time since the brewery was founded in 1308, are now available for global distribution," added Kendrick.
In May 2013, ROK Stars has bought majority stake in German firm Aktien Brauerei and has since re-designed and re-packaged a range of its beers for international export.
