The Furniture Makers' Company has announced four new corporate members. As the furnishing industry's charity, its mission is to provide leadership to the industry and a framework of support which promotes excellence, nurtures talent through education, and helps those in need.
Its members provide time and expertise, helping to steer The Furniture Makers' Company's activities and grow its remit. Corporate members support its many fundraising and education programmes, giving them the chance to give back to their industry and to get involved in creating a robust industry that delivers jobs and prosperity.
The new members are Brighthouse, Designer Contracts, KI, Silentnight Group. The Master of The Furniture Makers' Company, Paul von der Heyde, says: "We are delighted to welcome so many new corporate members from such a variety of prestigious British brands. It is heartening to understand how much they want to become involved with our activities and we look forward to their ideas and input. Members underpin everything we do, enabling us to continue to inspire, educate and support for the future of the furnishing industry."
