Rugs America Corp. has signed an agreement with Furniture First to offer the Harrisburg, Pa.-based buying group's members a full-size gallery rug program.
Rugs America officials said Furniture First members will have the opportunity to enter the area rug business with minimal investment.
The Farmingdale, N.Y.-based rug producer will provide a combination of special order and one-of-a-kind merchandise and additional key elements. The program will be introduced to Furniture First dealers during High Point Market week.
"We are grateful for the opportunity to become a supplier to Furniture First," said Aaron Hakimian, president of Rugs America. "Rugs are such a natural fit for furniture stores, which is why we are excited about this partnership."
