Nippon Paint Lanka, a subsidiary of Nippon Paint Worldwide introduced a range of auto refinish products to the Sri Lankan market. The company said the new product is an industry breakthrough as it directly has the Japanese technology which is considered a critical factor to increase the demand in all Japanese automotive brands.
Addressing the launch, Nippon Paint Lanka managing director Raja Hewabowala said: "This is the first time in Sri Lanka we are introducing Auto Refinish paint with superior Japanese technology, used by key Japanese automakers as an OEM supplier (Original Equipment Manufacturer). We are confident that this is what Sri Lankan market has been waiting for a long time and finally, we have done it."
