Zhongfu Industries co-won a build-transfer (BT) bid with RSEA Engineering for phase 1 of "two sewage treatment plants in Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone".
The project has a total investment of about CNY 192 million. the project should be completed within 250 days after the builders owns the construction-start condition, signs a BT construction contract and issue an official start order.
